Josh received his BA Degree in geography from USC.  A former aviator, he spent twelve years in the Navy piloting carrier-based aircraft, and provided direct support to the USS John C. Stennis aircraft carrier battle group during Operation Enduring Freedom in 2001-02.  After leaving active duty in 2004, Josh spent nearly a year with American Airlines as a regional jet first officer.  He left the struggling airline industry to pursue a career in real estate development.  He joined Corky McMillin Companies in July 2005, and is the Assistant Project Manager for their Land Development Division.

Born and raised in Massachusetts and Ohio, Josh currently resides in Bonita with his wife and young daughter.  His hobbies include surfing, and of course, flying planes.  He has become an integral part of our Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad Board of Directors since joining in September 2005.
