Sean Barrett is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley.  Sean has been employed in the Financial Services Industry for over 30 years.  His career includes assignments in international, commercial banking and private banking with Citibank and for the past ten years, he has served as a financial advisor to successful small business owners and retired executives in the Southern California community.

Sean graduated from Indiana University with an MBA in Finance, and Benedictine College with a BA with honors in Economics.  Sean has also completed the College for Financial Planning Professional Education Program and the Graduate School for Credit and Financial Management Program.

He is a member of the Trojan Club of San Diego, and the Indiana University Alumni Association.  He is a former Director of the Santa Margarita Water District, and has served on the Boards of Hi Five America and Stand Up for Kids.  He currently serves the global community with Hands Across the Water, working with disadvantaged youth in South Africa, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad.

Sean resides with his wife, Denise, in Carmel Valley.  He has four children and four grandchildren.  His hobbies include golf, international travel, Indiana basketball, USC football, walks on the beach, and spending time with his family.
