Born and raised in New York and Connecticut, Tony graduated from the University of Vermont earning a degree in History and Psychology. After college, Tony worked for United States Gypsum for ten years, Georgia Pacific for another ten years, and then decided to start his own contracting business where he focused on commercial, government and institutional projects in the New York metropolitan area.
Tony's volunteer spirit was evident early. While in college, he served as a volunteer counselor at a children's orphanage and was a member of the Lion's Club. When Tony learned of the Club's plan to build a new Clubhouse, he immediately offered his knowledge and experience. Since joining the board in September 2005, Tony has been an enthusiastic participant in all of the board's activities. He and his life partner, Joyce, have 11 children between them, and currently split their time between Carlsbad and Palm Desert.
