Scott Grugel is Vice President of Interior Specialists Inc. a fully licensed California contractor, and leading full service supplier of floor and window coverings. Scott joined the board in August 2003. Upon his arrival, he made an immediate impact by coordinating the removal of worn carpet throughout the Village Clubhouse and replacing it with beautiful new easy care ceramic tile. Scott lives in Carlsbad with his wife, Sandy, and has four children. Scott is also an avid golfer - his foursome won the Boys & Girls Club 2003 Golf Tournament held at El Camino Country Club.
