David Kulchin joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad’s board of directors in June 1999 and has served in the capacity of Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Programs, Vice President of Stategic and Resource Development, and presently Board President. He has also served as Boys & Girls Clubs of San Diego Area Council Chairman for 2001-2002 and Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary president for 2002-2003. David is very active in all aspects of the Club and his expertise in human resources and operations have proved an asset.

David lives in Carlsbad with his wife, Ann. Together they have three grown children and eight grandchildren.
