James (Jim) Morrison, RHU, REBC served as Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad Board of Director's Chief Volunteer Officer from June 2002 to July 2003. Jim joined the Board in June 2000 and has been extremely involved in all facets of the Club, particularly in chairing the Annual Golf Tournament, which has been a tremendous success for the Club.

Jim has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego. He has earned the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) designations from American College. During his career, he has served on the advisory counsels of every major health insurance carrier.

Jim has spent 13 years in the field of employee benefits and is the President of Morrison Insurance Services. He is a member and Past President of the North County Business Group, member of the North County Personnel Association, and a Lieutenant with the Honorary Deputy Sheriff's Association.

He lives in Carlsbad with his wife Niki and two sons.
