Bailey Noble has participated on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad board since June 1997 and serves in the capacity of Member at Large. Bailey is very active in all aspects of the Club, particularly in meeting facility and monetary needs.

He is a retired Marine Corps Officer, who since his retirement has been very involved in the Carlsbad Planning Commission and the W.N.M.U. Alumni Association board of directors. His involvement in the community is well noted by the City of Carlsbad, which named him Citizen Of The Year in 2001.

Bailey and his wife Joan live in Carlsbad. Their son and daughter both live abroad.
