INVITROGEN SPONSORS THANKSGIVING FEAST FOR BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF CARLSBAD MEMBERS

(November 29, 2005 -- Carlsbad, CA) Over 100 members of the Village Branch of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad enjoyed a Thanksgiving feast thanks to the sponsorship support of Invitrogen.  A full morning’s activities of Thanksgiving-themed artwork and games culminated with a lunchtime buffet of traditional Thanksgiving treats, including turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, corn, beans, and of course, pie!

Thanks to the catering services of Millennium Dining Inc., and the sponsorship support of Invitrogen Corporation, 50 members of Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad’s La Costa Branch enjoyed a traditional Thanksgiving Feast on Wednesday, November 17.  Besides a delicious meal complete with all the trimmings, the children enjoyed a Thanksgiving-themed day replete with a turkey trot, circle of praise, and various games.
